I can't find the product I am looking for. Can Kids Tribe get it for me?

How much does postage cost?

All orders are currently sent via Australia Post, Fastway or Sendle. Postage within Australia, for all orders up to $100, is currently $11.95. Orders over $100 are posted free of charge.

 

Do you ship outside of Australia?

We are able to ship to selected countries outside of Australia. At present we charge $25 to send a package under 500 grams. If your package weighs more than 500 grams a quote will be sent detailing shipping costs and further instructions. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to know more about worldwide shipping.

 

How long until my order is sent?

If you place your order Monday to Friday we usually ship it to you within one business day. During the peak holiday season or during sale times your orders can take up 2-3 days to be shipped.

 

How long does it take to receive an order?

Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking number. You are then able track your order through the Australia Post, Fastway or Sendle websites. Once the parcel leaves our warehouse it usually takes between 2 to 5 days to receive.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is received and processed we pack it up and ship it. Please log into your account to see your order status. Once your order has been sent you will receive a tracking order number, you are then able to login to the specified courier website and track your parcel.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, zipPay and AfterPay.

 

How safe is paying by credit card on your website?

It is extremely safe. We do not store your credit card details on our server since we use PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal uses state-of- the-art technologies to keep your information private and secure. When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet.

 

Can I return my order?

We recognise that online shopping is different from shopping in store. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items you have ordered, we will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of the item. Please note: postage costs are not refundable unless the item is believed faulty by us. Terms and conditions apply. Please see our returns policy for more details.

 

How do refunds/exchanges work?

Please let us know, via email at info@kidstribe.com.au, if you would like exchange or return any items. Please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt and ensure the item is in perfect condition, unused with all packaging intact. Returned items are at your own expense and we recommend that the item is tracked and requires a signature as we cannot be held responsible if we do not receive the item. Terms and conditions apply.

 

Missing or incorrect item?

If you discover that we have accidentally sent you the incorrect item, please firstly check all packaging and the invoice to make sure that you have ordered the correct item, and if the item is still not found or incorrect, email us at info@kidstribe.com.au and we will address it straight away.

 

Faulty item?

In the unlikely event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked when being sent, please email us at info@kidstribe.com.au and we will exchange it for a new one. If, at a later stage, your item is believed to be faulty please contact us and we can discuss it further.
