Our Butterfly Life-Cycle Beadie Bug Play Dough Stamps are an educational resources to support your little entomology enthusiast to learn more about insect life cycles through play.  

“In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf...” And so begins the story of the very hungry caterpillar’s journey to becoming a beautiful butterfly. Using these handmade resources, your little one can learn all about the butterfly life cycle through play.

Our Bead Bug Play stamps can also be used in kinetic sand, air dry clay, salt dough and for baking (with a gentle wipe and re-oil afterwards). They are handmade from sustainably-sourced pine, well sanded and finished with tung oil. The toppers are laser-cut birch ply. Each set is unique, due to the varieties of timber used.

Play dough boards, cutters, rollers and knives can be purchased separately.

Recommended age 3+. Use under adult supervision. NOT to be used as a teething or chew toy.
